Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 888phl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password;
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account;
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• You must notify 888phl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security;
• 888phl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

888phl reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

888phl supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 888phl account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 888phl does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

888phl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 888phl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888phl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;

• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software for personal gain;

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;

All content on the 888phl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 888phl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 888phl;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any 888phl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 888phl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 888phl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 888phl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 888phl specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory requirements;
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the Platform;
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any third-party content, services, or websites linked to or from the Platform.

888phl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 888phl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888phl is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 888phl.xyz/privacy-policy.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 888phl makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
